This notice covers the Samtaro Group corporate website. The website operator and data controller is Samtaro group Artificial Intelligence Solutions W.L.L., registered in Qatar under C.R. 252253. For privacy questions or rights requests, email hello@samtarogroup.com.

2. Information processed

This website has no contact form, user accounts or newsletter. Optional analytics starts only after you select Allow analytics. PostHog in Europe receives pseudonymous random visitor and session identifiers, public route labels, product/CTA labels, coarse browser/device categories, approved campaign categories and performance values. Raw queries, referrers, form contents, precise location, console output and error messages are excluded. This PostHog pipeline creates no person profiles or session replay. Existing Sentry error monitoring and hosting/security logs are separate technical processing; this notice does not claim they have been audited by this analytics release.

Hosting and security infrastructure may process IP address, device and request information in ordinary technical logs to deliver the site, prevent abuse and investigate faults.

3. Purpose, retention and sharing

Optional analytics helps improve this website and understand product interest. You can decline or withdraw permission through Privacy choices; withdrawal deletes this browser’s analytics identifiers and stops future collection. Browser consent and visitor identifiers remain until withdrawal or browser storage is cleared; tab-session identifiers expire after 30 minutes without observed activity. PostHog’s verified Free plan provides a one-year event query window, as stated below. Provider query retention is not a guarantee of automatic physical deletion; contact us about deletion requests. Hosting logs remain subject to hosting retention and security needs.

Samtaro does not sell website visitor data. Technical providers may process limited data on Samtaro’s behalf under their service terms.

Global hosting infrastructure may process technical traffic in more than one country. Technical providers process limited data under their service terms; contact us about international processing safeguards.

5. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights over personal information. Contact hello@samtarogroup.com about access, correction, deletion or objection. We may need enough information to locate pseudonymous events and verify a request; do not send sensitive documents, medical information or passwords.

6. Changes

Optional analytics runs only with your permission and the reviewed production configuration. Future material processing changes will be reviewed and described before activation.
